We do what we love, so you can too
Founded by Danielle Orenish in 2017, Elite Bookkeeping & Accounting seeks to take the guesswork out of the financial side of owning a business so business owners can focus on doing what they love and enjoy.
Danielle isn’t a fan of guesswork. She is a fan of hard work and focus to bring order, clarity and integrity to businesses.
After serving four years in the United States Marine Corp, Danielle continued her career with the Department of Defense and the Boeing Company before becoming a contract finance technician for the Department of the Navy. These were all high stress, intense positions requiring an immense attention to detail, in which Danielle thrived. In addition to her work experience, Danielle earned a bachelor’s of science in accounting from Penn State University and an associate degree in business from Arizona Western College. Throughout her education, Danielle focused on the recording and reporting of business and financial transactions.
Superior support rooted in compassion
Danielle pairs her experience and education with her philosophy that financial support for small businesses should be rooted in compassion, respect and effective problem solving. Elite believes strong, successful, compassionate businesses make communities strong, successful and compassionate.
Elite believes in the values of work, passion, perseverance, action and kindness.
As a company, the Elite team is committed to doing what they say they will, taking action on behalf of clients, practicing compassion as a strength and never quitting.
